The compact and space-saving testers determine the physical composition of tablets. Due to the modular construction design, the standard version (P2-P5) can be upgraded with additional modules into a fully integrated automated testing line. With the P5 version up to five parameters (hardness, weight, thickness, length and width) can be tested automatically. The Belt-system is used for tablets with difficult shapes. Using the Belt-system integrated into the hardness test station, tablets are accurately positioned before measurement. The design of the tester also offers practical advantages. Cleaning is very easy due to the rounded corners and smooth surfaces.
