Available in four sizes – 10, 20, 30, and 40 inches – for all standard filter housings and compliant with Regulation EC 1935/2004 and Code of Federal Regulations Title 21, these filter elements differ from previously known filter designs by having a much more stable PP liner. Their rhombus-shaped structure not only optimizes the statics, but also improves the flow conditions. The structure of the liner produces a significantly improved pressure resistance and bending stiffness. The high torsional stiffness reduces damage to the filter element during filter replacement. The new filter design makes process filtration safer at this critical point. A lasered 2D bar code on each filter guarantees 100 % traceability. The LifeTec filter concept meets the requirements for Predictive Maintenance, one of the core components of Industry 4.0.
